I have a 4 month old male who's ears where erect when we got him, my older female bites on his ears all the time and now his ears are flopped. The feel soft also, should I be concerned that they will not stand due to the abuse from the larger dog? Should I take other measures such as tape or glue?

He is teething and they will almost certainly go up again when he is finished. However, I would try not to let your female bite or play with his ears. I would not tape or glue anything yet, but supplements containing glucosamine and chondroitin may be helpful and give him bones (that won't splinter) to chew.
