Mit dieser E-Mail beendete heute Norbert Scharschmidt seine Mitarbeit im Zuchtauschuss des Vereins für deutsche Schäferhunde! Wer wird denn sein Nachfolger???

Sehr geehrter Herr Präsident,
sehr geehrte Herren des SV Vorstandes!
Mit Datum vom 06.08.2013 ist dem ZA die beeindruckende, arbeitsintensive Ausarbeitung des Vereinszuchtwartes zugegangen mit wichtigen Anregungen und Zielsetzungen, mit der abschließenden Bitte um weitere Anregungen und rege Beteiligung aller Amtsträger. Der Vereinszuchtwart hat Ideologien entwickelt, trägt dem ZA Ideen und Philosophien vor, die zweifellos tragfähig und diskussionswürdig sind. Davon ausgehend, dass diese wichtigen Punkte in dem vom Vereinszuchtwart angekündigten Treffen des ZA nach der Siegerschau ausgiebig diskutiert werden, habe ich für mich die Thematik mit spannender Erwartung akzeptiert.
Unter anderem auffällig in der Ausarbeitung des Vereinszuchtwartes und mit dem Smiling IST - ZIEL gekennzeichnet, ist der Diskussionspunkt Aussetzen Vergabe Zuchtsiegertitel. Unabhängig vom Für und Wider war davon auszugehen, dass dieser wichtige Punkt bei dem angekündigten Treffen diskutiert wird und die weitere Vorgehensweise mit dem ZA abgesprochen wird.
Nach Hinweisen von Mitgliedern meiner LG stelle ich nunmehr fest, dass ein auf der SV Homepage veröffentlichter Vorstandsbeschluss gefasst wurde, wonach der SV Vorstand in seiner Gesamtheit ohne Rücksprache oder Kontaktierung mit den Gremien eigenmächtig so einen wichtigen, zuchtrelevanten Beschluss gefasst hat. Ein Affront gegenüber allen Mitgliedern des ZA !
Es ist mir unbegreiflich, mit welcher Respektlosigkeit gegenüber dem ZA der SV Vorstand rückfällig wird. Das eigenmächtige Handeln des SV Vorstandes hat bereits im letzten Jahr zu beträchtlicher Missstimmung geführt. Dieser erneute demotivierende Umgang mit dem ZA ist leichtfertig und verantwortungslos, für mich nicht mehr hinnehmbar. Ich bin es überdrüssig, Arbeit zu leisten und Zeit zu investieren und mit einer haarsträubenden Ignoranz abgefertigt zu werden.
Die beschwörenden Worte des Vizepräsidenten anlässlich der letzte BV bezüglich Zusammenhalt, zielorientiertes Wirken, Arbeitsgruppen ect. erübrigen jeden weiteren Kommentar.
Insgesamt betrachtet ist dieser Vorgang ein ungeschicktes, kontraproduktives Verhalten, unsensibel und gegenüber dem ZA unwürdig.
Ich erwarte zu diesem Sachverhalt eine alsbaldige Stellungnahme des Vorstands gegenüber dem ZA.

Gentlemen of the SV board!
On 06.08.2013 the Breeding Committee (Zuchtausschuss) received the impressive, labour-intensive preparation of the SV Breed Warden, with important ideas and goals, and with the concluding request for further suggestions and active participation of all officials. The SV Breed Warden has developed ideologies, and presents ideas and philosophies that are undoubtedly viable and worthy of discussion to the Breeding Committee. Assuming that these important points will be discussed extensively in the meeting of the Breeding Committee that has been convened by the SV Breed Warden to take place after the Siegershow, I have on my part accepted the subject with eager expectation.
Noticeable in the SV Breed Warden’s compilation and denoted with the Smiling ACTUAL - TARGET, is the point of discussion that concerns the award of a champion title (Sieger). Regardless of the pros and cons, it was assumed that this important point will be discussed at the announced meeting and the next steps coordinated with the Breeding Committee.
Subsequent to information from members of my Landesgruppe, I have now ascertained that a Board decision was published on the SV Homepage, pursuant to which the SV Board in its entirety has passed an important, breed relevant decision on its own accord without consultation or contact with the appropriate committees. An affront to all members of the Breeding Committee!
The level of disrespect of the SV Board towards the Breeding Committee is incomprehensible to me. The SV Board’s acting on its own accord already led to considerable discord last year. This renewed de-motivating dealing with the Breeding Committee is thoughtless and irresponsible, and in my view no longer acceptable. I am tired of performing work and investing time, only to be subsequently handled with overbearing ignorance.
The imploring words of the Vice President on the occasion of the last Federal Assembly (Bundesversammlung) with regard to goal-oriented action, working groups etc. do not necessitate any further comment.
As a whole, this action has to be regarded as clumsy and counterproductive, and constitutes behaviour that is insensitive and unworthy with respect to the Breeding Committee.
I expect the Board to issue a statement of opinion on the facts of the case, to the Breeding Committee as soon as possible.
