Does any one know a diferent test from ultrasound to confirm pregnancy that works at first days after mating? Thanks.

I wanted to write "few days after mating" sorry.

No, because the first few days after mating the eggs that are fertilized are way too small to be seen by anything. Hormones might give you some indication. But seriously if the mating went well you'll know in a meer 2 months.
Good vets can often feel the embryos after about 3 to 4 weeks.  If things didn't take you only have to wait 6 months to try again.

there is a blood test that will confirm pregnancy and rule out false pregnancy, but I don't know how early it can accurately indicate.

Dragonfly, if she is not pregnant you wait four months to breed again. I know you know but others could be confused....

Thank you all for answer. I´m interested to know about that blood test, does any one have some information?
I just need to know if she is pregnant, and do not wait till ultrasound.

Ooops 4 months would be correct if no puppies appeared. 6 months from heat to heat if she is cycling normal. What's the big fire hurry?
Don't count your chickens before they hatch. What if she's only got a singe whelp? Or just having a false pregency like my dog is right now? (Which is darn annoying)

There is a test that measures the hormone relaxin, but that is about 4 weeks after breeding, and you might as well do an ultrasound.
