I just being curious about these resourceful friends that no longer feature in this database. If i may ask, where's Hodie and Euroshepherd? Does anyone know their contacts? . . . just need to hear from these PDB indelibles. It's been a while now that i hadn't seen them in any thread. I hope they're ok.

EuroShepherd finally just posted again, 4 hours ago, on the "Shelby Update" thread, below.

I do worry for Hodie. Those wildfires burning in Colorado have increased and are out of control again. I hope she is not being affected, it is hard for me not to think about that! It sure would be nice if Hodie could find her way back to posting, too.

There is only one like her, IMHO. Great smarts and great explanations, always.
Thumbs Up

I talked with Hodie maybe 3 years ago, not heard from her since. I will try to email her today if I can find a current address.

I stopped by her place yesterday, at the behest of others, to see how she was doing..  She was still there, but not particularly pleased to see me, speak with me, or hear anything about "pedigree database."

I am sorry.. I know this is not what you all wanted to hear.

The Black Forest fire zone is about 10-15 miles north of her property.. no houses in her area were affected.

They have that fire contained, finally, but the area looks like a war zone.

500+ homes were incinerated..  the most I have ever seen in this state, including all of the previous fires I have covered while working..

Thanks, Den Wolf. I'm relieved to know that she hasn't received any fire damage.

Den Wolf, yes, thanks for checking on her for our sakes.
So, Hodie won't be coming back any time soon. That is too bad. I am relieved also, to know she and her place are safe. I'll probably always think of her from time to time. And wish her well.

Ibrahim,
You are too kind!Rose
