Cannot change picture?? - Page 1

I've had this problem for a while now, does anyone else have the same issue?  I cannot change the picture of my dog.  I can edit anything else on his profile just fine, but when I try to change the picture, I click the Browse button, point to the photo, and then it just loads a page with a blank white line, does not load the new picture.  I can change my other dog's pic just fine so I know I'm doing it right.

It says the photo has been locked by the owner, therefore can't be changed.

I don't know what you need to do to unlock it, as this is a new feature. Have you tried clicking on 'update photo'? What happens when you do? Does it give you options for unlocking the photo?

Your best bet is probably to e-mail Oli. His e-mail is at the bottom of the board (Olaf Tryggyason)

I PMed Oli two months ago, never got a response.

I can get as far as selecting a photo, but it never loads the new one.  It must recognize I am the owner because since it's been locked I have updated other things on the profile.
