We found this girl around the Tampa area. No owners have been found to date. No tags, no microchip, no tattoo, no lost ads anywhere!
The vet said she is 2-3 years of age, but I'm guessing 3-5 years of age. Her back molars have some tartar on them and the canines are slightly yellow at the top.
She looks American to me and maybe even showline?
No training from what I can tell (tried english and german with no luck) but she is very friendly.

One more to show her silvering on the snout.

She looks like a sweetheart.
She appears to be even-tempered letting you look at her teeth like that.
2-3 looks about correct. The silver in the muzzle can come in at 2 years old.
Have you tried any Spanish with her?
She looks well fed, so, she probably hasn't been lost for long.
Put signs up near where you found her, but, do not put her picture on the signs.
Make who ever contacts you describe the dog in detail.
An owner would know very descriptive things about their dog.
The dog will also show you some very definite signs that it knows the person who comes to look at it, good or bad.
PM me if need any more help.

Did she look this well groomed when you found her or are the pictures after the fact. Her nails are fairly short compared to some well loved GSDs I've seen so I'm thinking someone around there is missing their girl. Have you called the shelters to see if someone has reported a missing GSD? Did you look for a spay scar? Some people also tattoo their dogs on the inner thigh up next to the belly. I don't know that she is American lines...she looks a good deal like our old girl and she was of pure German lines. If she is as sweet as she looks then someone has spent time with her. I sure hope you are able to locate her owner who must be frantic to find her. Maybe you can put an ad in the paper stating a GSD was found, leave out the sex, age etc. Wait for the calls and sift through them. Ask the callers what her name is and see if the dog responds to it, how much their dog weighs, sex etc. Good luck and let us know how it works out.

That topline, head, and those angulations are certainly not American showline. This girl looks to have some German in her. I agree with Debisue, it also possible she was stolen them dumped. Definitely put out some found ads.
I have trained dogs (by request) in Russian, Polish, Czech...it's always possible that she knows you aren't her person and could care less about your commands.

I could see where she might have German in her. She's nothing like the working bred dogs we have here, though LOL.
I did not think of trying Spanish. I will have to brush up on my Spanish and try again. There are a LOT of Spanish speaking people where she was picked up at.
She is not spayed and appears to have had a litter at some point in time. We have been putting up found ads, but have had no response.
