Well, I am impressed that so many dogs are able to work off leash together without fights breaking out. Other than that, the threats and the using of the enemy minister for target practice seems pretty childish.

Because it isn't like the video was sped up or anything...lol... These dogs are obviously ready to spring into action any time North Korea is threatened by an army of cardboard cutouts.
