Gusmanda You asked about temperment/ working. It has been my observation that the Long coats are softer. I know this is a sweeping generalization and there are some tough LC's out there. Many of the LC's I have had in for training and grooming have been big ole teddies. It is why the pet market loves them so much. Again not all LC are soft, but alot are gentler, and they seem larger too. Not sure why that is but the majority I see are well over 100 pounders. Could just be the bloodlines in our area? not sure.
