Anyone know why I can't post in the OT section, as a comment or as a topic itself? I just get an error message each time.

I dunno what his problem was, but I frequently encounter threads with a section with the tool bar, & a post button, but no space to actually post. And for a little while this morning, the format on my iPhone was the same as on my PC, & pictures weren't distorted, & I was thinking WOW- maybe I could post pictures again, but the next time I came back it was back to this format....sigh...jackie harris

I tried posting in it again and that's what happened. It won't let me at all, comment, post, anything. But I can post in all other sections for some reason.

Forgot to mention I am on a normal desk top computer. It's a new computer, but regardless when I was on the old computer (after the database changed over) I could not post on it then either.

What exactly have you tried to post? I was able to replicate it but it was a long post with a bunch of HTML. Try a post that simply says test.

Also, what browser and version are you using?

I'm using Google Chrome. I tried it under Internet Explorer as well, but it didn't work. I typed up about three paragraphs, nothing too long by any means. I've seen quite a few posts that were much longer than it. When I get a chance later I'll get back on here and try a "test" post and see. This time I was trying to respond to a post though, leaving a comment (as I am right now on this thread).

The reason you keep 404ing is the amount of characters(words). It appears there is a problem with all the forums. Short posts work fine but get over a couple of paragraphs and you start getting the 404 error.
