Any one in Wisconsin know where I can get a black and red ( really red ) pup from?
Having a hard time finding what I am wanting.
Close to IA, MI and MN also.

i sincerly hope you find the perfect dog of the color you desire.....however(to get back to my age old rant)what are you willing to give up to get that intense color that you desire....if all were good and right in the world, your task would be easy and enjoyable...BUT,let's assume that's not the case,i've seen "intense red" colored dogs and pups, but it seems to me that the intensity is not widespread...two richly pigmented parents can produce poor color in some cases, faded saddles, ect. the last nice example of "deep, rich, red"that i presonally saw was "IRON VOM FORSTKAMP" and he produced that on one of his sons(koby von rockingham) with a marginal pigmented bitch...i've also seen examples of "deep red" on "old school" WEISS BLAU bloodlines...i've been to a couple of regional conformation shows and was really impressed with the colors on some of the males...not so much with the females(faded saddles---bitch stripe?) however their poorly pigmented progeny fortified my theory that this particular color pattern could be nearing a "road block". i could be wrong in assuming that you're looking for a "show-type pup"...those little butthead puppies have a way of changing color as they mature...an available option would be to purchase a young adult that is displaying the color intensity that you desire....pups change color, pictures can be altered, dogs can be dyed....that thing that lasts is the enjoyment ,companionship and pride of kinship you get from a  properly bred, maintained, and trained german shepherd dog of any color!
