No, they have scores infront of their names now. No letters, just a double digit number (from what I've seen so far).

If you go to the Breeders box, click on it, then put in a breeder, when the breeder's name comes up the first box says, "score," with a number. Wondering what the score is rated on, and who rates the breeder.
