hello, can someone help me or point me in the right direction? i purchased a purbreddog from a breeder and i noticed that he has 1 undescended testicle. i think i should get a lawyer or speak to one if i think she is continuing and knowingly breeding such dogs with a history of this. but i cant seem to find any info on who the dogs went to. i know the breeders dogs are on here, though doesnt seem to help me. any help would be great.
Thank you,
brendan

First question: how old is the dog ?

I second that question, How old is the dog?
And don't be suprised if a testie that was there weeks ago sometimes gets pulled back into the body. Usually they do come back down.
Did you sign any sort of contract with the breeder? Does the contract state he had two normal desended testicales before leaving her place? Does the contract state they refund/replace for a defect? Was the pup sold as a pet? Or show/working/breeding dog?
You need to offer a lot more info before you go running to any lawyer.

And in line with Dragonfry's post, when you collected the puppy, IF your contract says he's a proposed breeding
or showing animal, did you actually check, when taking receipt, that you could feel both ? Might be important
if this does end up with any legal action.
