This guy posted on another forum, disregard the title, the dog lost was NOT the dog found. The person doesn't seem to interested in finding her owner..She could have been dumped, but who knows? Thought I'd post it since he doesn't seem in to much of a hurry to find her owner

A pretty girly, probably full GSD, finder/'owner' sounds like a bit of a twat, to be frank. You'd think he'd
have described SOME efforts to find out where she came from ? Who knows, he might have got to keep
her anyway; AND he might have found out some stuff he wants to know about her ... I bet he's thinking
of her as an eventual (and cheap !) mate for that big 'coat' of his, & that's why he is so excised about getting
her registered.
