ummm, How old is that dog ? and What did you purchase her for, I mean what are your plans with her, Pet, Working, Show, Breeding ?? She looks a bit older to me, could be just the photo but she also looks "used up" She's a little shy in chest depth, a little roachy in the back not bad though, and has an extreme stop making her head more "male like" could be again just the photo though. Will comment more after your answers.

you better have some thick skin, in my opinion you are asking for trouble with this thread...

by EchoMeadows on 16 November 2006 - 22:11

I would hope to see constructive comments rather than needing thick skin for anything :-)

ROFL, Have I ?? WOW Lately I've been getting the beating of a lifetime ! Oh well water rolls on. But I still feel constructive comments are more effective than lashings. :-) And BTW that earlier comment was NOT directed at you :-)

In the photo, she appears to already be pregnant. Is she?

I agree with Echo except way to roachy for me. She looks OK but seems alittle malnourished. Understand you are asking people who are very knowledgable and can be very straight forward when you ask a question like this. You basically are asking how your dog stands up against the Standard and best GSD in the world. Sometimes you can get caught up the little imperfections of your dog that you forget the good qualities. Just enjoy your dog and if bought her and she needs good caring for just do it. Give her a good home!
