I wanted to warn anyone thinking of doing any sort of business with "Vom ARA HAUS" as he has screwed me out of registering my litter bred to one of his males and it was unfortunate that I didn't have a signed contract.  He comes off as a nice person and down the road he tell you to go to hell and he isn't going to register the litter.  I have emailed numerous times and since the litter was born on Saturday I have even called and got pushed to voice mail.  Now I have this litter just born and will not be able to register it

Did you pay a stud fee already?
Does AKC have the stud male's DNA on file?

What happened to cause the fallout between you and the stud owner?

Since this litter was just born a few days ago, it seems awful early to be panicking about litter registration.   A bit premature to start bashing another breeder.

The problems started when pictures I took of his male when i was out there breeding to his male, I posted one of them along with my bitch to announce the breeding and shit hit the fan as Don went postal saying I needed his permission to post the pictures I took with my camera.  After that he sent me a message telling me I can go to hell cause he isn't going to sign the registration form to register the litter.  This all took place 2 week after the breeding was done. I was thankful that I hadn't paid any money since he was going to get a pup from the breeding.  I have been trying to contact him for the last 6 weeks.  some of you may remember the thread in which another person complained about his shady practises about 3 weeks ago

Then I look him up here and see his add saying he is Germany which is a damn lie due to his home being Saganaw Mich instead

That first post written was mine. He still refuses any contact and is going through other means to stud his dog out without telling the truth to potential dam owners. Word has it he is sending that dog to Germany in the spring to breed to females out there. I have since sent a letter to the SV concerning his tendancy to hide things and be dishonest overall.

If the dog is AKC registered, you'll be able to get the litter registered--and the stud owner can lose his AKC privileges if he behaves like an asshat over the issue.

Edited to add:  Oh, good heavens, I didn't make the connection until I followed the link to jaggigirl's thread.  This guy AGAIN???
Remind me again why requiring breeders to be licensed is a bad thing?

Hexe, yep. He struck again.

Forgive me for my doubts in my previous post.

Contact AKC asap and let them know about the whole situation and your concerns about registering your litter.  Hopefully they have the stud male's DNA on file and you can just DNA your litter and all will be well.

His male was an import and know that if he wanted to AKC register the litter he would be required to DNA his dog. He use to have all the AKC numbers including his SV numbers until recently when he removed them. When Jaggirl was having issues with him I was smart to copy the page and save it although there wasn't any AKC numbers listed at the time.  The funny thing was is I thought we were good friends until this happened and he decide to stick his head in the dirt.  I'm not the type of person to have wanted to bring this drama here, but figured it would flush him out of the hole he has been hiding in.

Once you have the dog's AKC numbers.. go right ahead and update the pedigree yourself... this is a public forum isn't it ?

I know that his actions makes what we agreed upon go right out the door. As I stated in the last voice mail that if I had to go this route thru AKC would make him not eligible for payment of his stud fees. All I know is the man isn't playing with a full deck...lol
