Please check this video and tell me do you think she's a bit small and tiny for his age or you think it's ok?
Some persons told me she will grow more after her first birth, is that true?

There is nothing wrong with her size.  GSDs were not meant to be large dogs.  She looks within the standard to me.  If you are talking about breeding her and her growing after giving birth, no.  She is not going to grow because she gave birth.  If anything breeding a young bitch will stunt her growth.  At 14 months of age, she is pretty much grown now.  She may fill out and get heavier but she isn't going to get much taller.

she's a perfectly fine size for her age.

Breeding her before she reaches full maturity (around 24 months old) will stunt her growth, both in height and length.  The only thing that pregnancy does is possibly make them thicker through the body (note, NOT thicker bone, just thicker through the middle-section.)

Anyone else?

She looks perfectly fine to me! Who told you she was small? She looks to be perfect md. size as they should be. Females usually are done by 1.5 yrs. Males sometimes grow a tad more between 1 and 2 and then they all fill out some from 2 - 4.  A female should be done growing BEFORE she is bred.

Thanks all again for your replies.

There is a problem, i don't have paper pedigree of my female dog, but i'm sure his parents was with good standards. But I can't find what is bloodline of my female dog. I've found a nice dog to breed my female with bloodline from VA1 Zamp vom Thermodos, what you suggest me to? will be there any problem or what should i do.

btw check another photo of my female dog, give me some suggestions

In my opinion, no dog should be bred before the age of 24 month and before they have achieved a working dog title.
Even 24 month is too early for slowly maturing, lean and skinny bitches I find. Let her go through at least 4 heat cycles and see how her development is coming along. And get a working title on her.
There are so many pups out there...

PS: I just saw your last post.
Don't breed your dog at all!

Hopefully anyone with a Zamp son would baulk at the idea of selling a stud to someone's
'unregistered' bitch !  Or am I too naive ?

there are too many unregistered and even 'registered' dogs going through the system of being left at shelters.. I see them everyday and I cringe! The people that ask my opinion about a breeding and their attitude of.. "well I have a male and you have a female" .. they dont even know if they are related! Lets breed for specific and desired traits that are proven by breeders ! just my own opinion ! I wont breed my females untill they pass OFA and are at 'least' 24 months old.. if they come into heat at 22 months of age.. oh well.. too bad.. I wait for their hips and titles ! it takes a lot of work to get something worth being proud of ! sherry

Don't bet on that, Hundmutter. Have  you seen some of the pedigrees here?
