I live in a country where there is officially no elbow or hip rating but would love to get my GSD females Xrayed just to see how her hips are, she is not the greatest of quality but still she is my dog.
She is approximately 10 months old. I would like to know:
1) If the age is ok to do the Xray or do I have to wait till she is older?
2) Since there is officially no register where I am, can you guys help me t see how good the hips are.

wait for another 2 months, make sure she is in between heat cycles.
some clubs have a deal with the SV to submit hip x rays. do you have any SV recognized clubs in your area?
