FB dog groups getting ugly - Page 1

Click on the above link to see how some FB dog groups are getting to be. It looks like the purebred dog lovers and breeders vs the people whom want to adopt a stray.

It is a flithy raw battle.

Eh, it's nothing compared to some of the bloodbaths that have played out here, or those that take place on various other dog forums, bulletin boards and email lists...

I think most of the ones that were here causing problems that the mods here will not tolerate nor allow, have moved on where they can troll all day long if they so desire.   There are SOOOO MANY different GSD groups because anyone can create his own group, control others and bully as they please with no one to stop them.   Thats what is going on on FB.  Some of them have good threads. Do like me, read them but don't comment on them.  

Myself, I really like this good ole PDB.  Still more interesting and informative.

  I totally agree with you. That was the orginal intent of FB. But FB itself does have a "Moderator" that if someone complains they should be warned and if continue, eventually banned. As long as the trolls are allowed to continue there, it will go on.  Just like here, when the mods took control, the trolls left. That is exactly what FB has to do.  

It's a cancer.

Facebook was not intended to become a platform for gossip and quarrels, neither are families, churches and government. However, it is the nature of the beast whenever more than two people gather. As Nietzsche wrote, "we are human, all too human"!

 And by the look of the stock price and direction Facebook wasnt made to be profitable!! Poor Zuckerburg...
