Looks like it may be bi-color, hard to tell that young. What are the parents? Nice looking pup!

dam is a true bicolor
sire is blk/tan

   Does this pup have the black up the toes and backs of red on legs,,,tarmarks???

   Not able to see the legs at that view...

Yes he has blk all the way down to the bottom Of his feet on the hind legs (tarheels) and he has blk toe Marks on every toe front and back

Yes, I had a bitch that was similar and her tar heels were gone by 15 weeks.
