I have a four month old gsd puppy who is developing bad calluses. Besides going to the vet does any one have any experience our solutions to this?? Thank you.

I recently noticed some bad callouses on my year old dog that were worse than those on my 9 1/2 year old dog. Both are house dogs and live under the same conditions. I have no idea what is causing it.

calluses on elbows or hind quarters. Usually from laying on hard surfaces, provide padded surface for pup to lay on.
