Club registery is NHSB 2673769. I am so unfamilar with this. I am trying to help a friend find out info about this dog. Kinda like the blind leading the blind. 
The best I can make out of his name is Guy Van Rawey. Tattoo BHMGUM

Thanks Duke. Unfortunately, it drew a dead end for me. But at least I know what kennel the dog is from.

better mail the dutch kennelclub with your questions, info@raadvanbeheer.nl send them the nhsb number and they will help you
