I found a lost female GSD, European Type, near downtown Orlando in mid-May. No chip or tags but with a breeders tattoo in right ear starting with AH. If anyone knows anything about which breeder this may be, or is missing the dog, please contact me.

It may be a UScA tattoo which starts with, correct me if I am wrong, first letter region, second letter tattooer, followed by first number the year born (last numeral), followed by next two letters breeder, last letter litter, last number is the individual in litter. I would call UScA at 314-638-9686 they close at 4 central time, if it follows their system.

Are you sure it's not an RH? My tattoo starts with an RH. I live in FL as well and would like to be sure this isn't one of my pups. If it's one of mine, I will come and get her ASAP.

Thanks for responses so far. Still no luck in locating who the breeder of this dog might have been. Anyone else who might have info is still welcome to reply. Dog was probably lost somewhere around March or April based on her condition when I found her in mid-May. This dog is probably at least 6 years old if we're reading the breeder tattoo correctly. Tattoo is 7-digit and starts with AH. she seems to be more of a "European type" according to a neighbor from Hungary who says she looks like the dogs she saw back home. Longer & leaner profile & long, slender snout. Very pretty, VERY smart, and very sweet. Would love to find out if her owners are missing her, but we're willing to keep her if we can't find them. Again, anyone with possible info is encouraged to reply!

Michelle,
I would like to help you post a photo(s).
First you must downsize the photo. This is done with many different photo processing software or several free places on the internet.
In the box where you reply, look at the top. You'll see 3 rows of options. In the second row, last option box. You will see a square icon that is a makeshift landscape, a red circle with an "f" in it.....etc. Click on the square with the colored landscape. When the box pops up, near the top of the box you'll see 4 options. Click on UPLOAD. Then click on browse and choose the photo from your pc. then below the browse url there is a button that says "send it to the server". Click on that button. Wait for it to load into the original box and then click on OK at the bottom of the box. It should then show up in the reply/comment part of the messageboard.  You can then adjust the appearance of the photo. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Would you review my craigslist posting? I lost my GSD the end of March in SC but lived in central Florida for several years. Her name is Bella and she is very lean and slim for her age. She is 4 and her name describes her perfectly. Here is my listing. http://greenville.craigslist.org/laf/3079684394.html. If you would post a photo or contact me directly if this is her. I would appreciate it. Email address is jakebellamu@Gmail.com. I got her from a breeder in Sanford Florida. Thank you Diane

Could you tell us the forth and fifth digits? If they are letters they may be the breeder and people here will probably be able to tell you who they are.
