So now I am using baycox (for piglets). I administer at 2,3 and 4 weeks of age. I have done this with my past 3 litters and NEVER had another outbreak of coccidia. Even when puppies went to their new homes they were clear.

It all starts with the mother call "revival animal health" there doctors have come up with a regime
so it cuts down on transfer from mom to pups 1-800-786-4751 my breeder friends use it and it really works .

I use Baycox now. Unlike the albon which takes days and may need another course, Baycox works in one dose and kills all life stages of coccidia. I give it every 10-14 days and always a dose right before pups go home. No coccidia even at their wellness checks after leaving my house. http://www.horseprerace.com/toltrazuril-200ml-p-29.html You can get it here for $60 regularly but right now it is on sale for $50. Dosage is only .1cc/lb so make sure you get a 1ml syringe and a scale to dose accurately.
