Japan have always produced a Schutzhund team for the World Championships over the last 15yrs, and they are very good competitors who take their dogs and training seriously.
Not knowing what you want, I would start my research with them on the mainland steer you in the right direction.

I saw your other post about getting a GSD puppy in a few days.. now this post. Did something happen to the other deal or puppy?
