I've been hunting for a dark sable female GSD out of working lines. I have found some litters that I've been interested in and then when I look at the OFA site find that they have Degenerative Joint Disease in one or both of their elbows. I'm seeing this mostly in the males. I really don't understand why people breed these dogs? Does anyone have any recomendations on litters on the ground?

Gildaf German Shepherds. She's got black sables, titles, health tests, her dogs are free of DM, and she should have litters coming soon.
