Hello,
A few months back I had posted my pup was peeing when should attention.Well she was 3 months old then all you had to do was talk to her in an exciting way(oh cute little puppy) and she would pee even after she was just outsideand did her business.Well had a few comments most were just ignore don't discipline her.Well I took your advice. She now is 7 months old and seems like she is peeing even more.If I go to put her collar on she pees, put her leash on she pees.If I clip her nails she will pee.But she will sit there and let me do her nails(I've never made the nail clipping a bad experince never hit the qwik) It now seem like it is getting worst. She is alllowed on the bed(of course she has her own blanket at the end of the bed) and all I have to do is say something to her she pees. Now just a couple days ago she just started this. When we come down the stairs and if my other dog is at the bottom of the steps she will pee all the way down. Now the other dog at the bottom of the steps doesn't threaten her in anyway. As a matter of fact the 7 month old dominats the older one. Seems like i'm always cleaning up pee. When she is in her crate no problem. Now I've talked to the breeder I got her from told me that he has seen that a few times out of the same bitch. And she should grow out of it.Now she has been  to the vet to see maybe an infection or anything medically wrong with her.clean bill of health.Oh and yes she pee'd everywhere at the vets. Any suggestions what might be wrong with her?Do you think she will out grow this?
Good day

Could be she is doing this as a sign of submission. Is she insecure?

Sounds to me she's insecure & being submissive. I think she will outgrow this if that's indeed what is wrong with her if her confidence is built up. Has she been trained with compulsion or motivational methods? Compulsion can take all confidence a pup had away especially if they are handler sensitive.

Now I can raise my voice at her and play rough with her and nothing. When we are out walking  and we see someone she might be vocal and sometimes she will stand her grounds and bark and nothing. Now she has always tried to mount my other female(who is 5 yrs old) but in the last week or so she has stopped that and as I type they were just playing and out of the blue she pees.I would have to say she isn't insecure nothing phases her.

I had a male who was a very dominant dog but had "excited" urination issues most of his life. I once had a great Dane that had the worst issue with submissive urination. You could hardly pet him without a flood.

Is she spayed? If yes - how old was she when it happened? Urinary inconsistency can be a result of spaying (more in article: http://www.medi-vet.com/UrinaryIncontinence.html ) or other health issues.

From what you wrote it doesn't look to me like submissive urination at all but it seems like there is an other underlying cause that needs looking into.

No she isn't spayed. At times she could be just walking around and just start peeing. Now the vet checked for infection. Is there anything I could have my vet test her that would cause this?

Sounds like submissive behavior brought on by some type of compulsion training.  I did it to my dog.  It sucks to take responsibility for that but I had to look inward and recognize it.  I have a dog that loves tracking and bitework with me, but when it comes to obedience, he looks pathetic with me, loves my wife.  I used old school outdated healing techniques on a young dog.  He does the same to me when I get home unless I completely ignore him.  If I call him to me without sounding like a girl, he does the same.

Make sure you have ruled out anything you may have done during training or correction.

Well she started this around 3 months old. Right out of the blue. And like I said the breeder said he has had a couple of pups be like this starting at the same age.Oh and she only pees when putting her collar on and leash.Once on she is ok.
