I am still confused about the SV Breed survey. How does a dog get registered with a breed survey in this country? I read the rules but do they mean a dog that is registered with the USA Schuzthund and meets the requirements for a breed survey (title, endurance, hips/elbows, gun test, conformation rating, etc) than they actually also get registered in the German SV registry? Would I get US and German papers to go along with my AKC papers?
Also, if I go the WDA Route in regard to a breed survey will my dog still be eligible for the German approved status as having a breed survey or will the WDA approval be rejected?
Thank you,
Sara

if you go under USA rules you will get USA papers ( they are pink too), you will need to reg your dog with SV to get SV papers, you can reg with both USA and SV . if you want to pay the price, i am not sure on all the rules, and not sure how WDA work, but if worried about the breed survey not being good in Germany my advise is to do the Breed survey under an SV judge and then germany will except it and no you dont need to have SV papers. now the tittles are excepted with SV or USA judge its the breed survey that germany wants under SV judges. they are rekconised world wide. i am sure someone with more experience can tell you better than i can , but this is what i know.
the SV have a list of approved judges.
the SV have a list of approved judges.
