Can anybody post the link to usa schutzhund club to reasigter. i do not know who to resigter a mix breed. Thank you

Not sure what you are asking, but try this:
How do I order a mixed breed scorebook or a scorebook for a dog without papers?
You can call the USA office with a MasterCard or Visa or you can fill out the scorebook order form and fax or mail to the USA. If your dog does not have papers, it is important to put MIX on the scorebook application.

Whats the differnet individual Dog registration app and being a USA memeber with a scorebook?????

You need the individual dog registration for a breed survey or to participate in a Sieger Show (neither of which you could do with a mixed breed). You do not need it for trials.
