Hello - welcome to this board - hope you have thick skin.....
nice pups.
i would recomment micheal ellis dvd's as a starting point. before doing any suchund bite work, a dog must have be obedient and must be "happy" about its work.
florida has many different clubs, google shutzhund club and see what comes up..

Thank you for the welcome note I fogot to add that the pups Great Grandfather is 2x World Sieger VA1 Quando von Arminius. I have raised German Shepherds Anna passed away 2 years ago Anna was related to Klockows Lex. I just had Kathryn spayed at the vet I was unsure for many months but felt it was the right thing to do since we have a GSD male as well and they are always together.

Boise Working Dog does not exist, it hasn't for 3 years now.
Heidi is good, she is in Middleton, and the WDA is newly formed from pretty much newbies but eager to have fun with their dogs! They train little over an hour outside of Boise on a beautiful private property. Your commute would be even longer.
Remember one is UScA the other one is WDA, you cant be part of both, you have to pick. There is many more UScA clubs for trialing than WDA on this side. So your ability to trial a dog with WDA is pretty limiting. Heidi is putting out two trials and a show almost every ear, welcomes people and will do back flips to accommodate the participants.
There is nothing in Twin Falls..sorry, it is a smaller town and as you already noticed limited in any type of dog training.
