So I wanted to wait until the action took place.
Now it is the right time to warn people and inform potential owners of the dog purchased form this breeder in Czech.
The owner of Provocativo Kennel Barbora Zahradnikova is being investigated for fraud.
There are four documented cases however I am sure probably many undocumented cases as well.
The breed club in Czech is taking the approach to make sure this will not happen again and make it harder to do in the future days! So lets hope this will be not only a lesson for some but also a deterrent for others with the same intent!
Barbora Zahradnikova sold dogs with bad HD, falsified the paperowk adjusting the results to 0/0 or A1 hips and then sold the dogs to unsuspected buyers in USA.
So If you purchased, or you know of somebody who purchased dogs form this woman, please re do your x-rays. I highly doubt there will be any compensation for the dogs but it will give you piece of mind. If there are documented x-rays on the dog's paperwork as clear, and the dog comes with other results, then it can be added to the list.
The results of the investigation and punishment following for this woman will be released after the club is done with her. Until then, spread the word and don't let people purchase any puppies and adult dogs from her.
Thank to the people who were not afraid to step up and point this sad person out! Thank you and I hope the future dealings with Czech breeders will be only positive ones!

Such a shame! So hard to find the trust in people these days. I hope the victims in this can find some justice. GSDPack...thanks for having the kahoona's to put this out there! Good information to know for ALL of us.

Good news to those who were/are looking at that kennel for dogs and pups.
I am sure there are people looking new especially with the Zico x Nuri litter on the ground.

Although it's ashame for the people that had the problems with this person...but it's good to see that some clubs in some countries do take this seriously and will step in and correct the problem...
I would like to see more available resources in the U.S. to help people with problems with dogs/puppies...Instead all I ever see is orgaizations trying to shut down and/or making it harder and harder for good breeders to exist...

Q Man actually not really. Czech will no longer do Czech DNA only German database one so they can cross check the animals. One database is easier for track record than many. This should eliminate wrong parentage on the animals produced.
Then the export pedigree from Czech will have section and they will write out EXACTLY the scores for hips and elbows if any and the titles and ratings if any... so when people purchase these animals, they will get the paperwork and they can see if the animals indeed have all that has been stated by the seller.
However the breed club HIGHLY encourages buyers to send a quick email to the club for the status of the dog they are about to purchase!
Nothing much harder for the honest person. Honest breeders and importers are already doing this.

I never use this type of communication but I have to write here to make this thing clear.
Especially you GSDPack - Martina Wilson, should know all facts before you post someone´s name and kennel!
I have sold one GSD female - NORMA z Nového draka (she was not mine) to Birgit Hall, after two years she x-rayed her and find out that she has bad hips. As a replacement she chose stud male ERNY Remmah-Moravia, he cost me three times more than that female. She promised that after she got this male, we are EVEN and never post my name anywhere. Unfortunately, it didn´t happen, as I see. Mistake has happened, but I it has been fixed.
I don´t want to waste my time on forums so if someone wants to know more about this, don´t hesitate to contact me on my email provocativo.no@centrum.cz or provocativono@yahoo.com.
