Why is it that in the SV a lot of fraud is going on with several dogs... manipulation from HD - ED... studservices not announcet... Is the sport with our beautifull German Shepherd only a matter from "making money" in stead off trying to have a better and healthyer breed...
I gave up a few years ago because off it, I could not stand it anymore... even when the judges told me... well... you have to understand... and he did not have to say more, I understood, but do those "moneymakers" also understand that the value from every EURO is the same, also the Euro from those who are the victims in this situation... I don't think so, all they are interested in is their own bankaccount...
Thatfor, I would like to say thank you to that Belgian guy Jan Demeyere to bring all this stuff in public... I still can not understand that the SV does not do anything with the proof he is bringing and sending them...

Yes, you pay for something and if it is not as described or fit for purpose in the real world you get your money back, in dogs not likely. How people behave when things go wrong tells a lot more about them than when they act like your best friend when taking your money.

I am sorry that you aparantly had bad experiences in the past - it wont help you if I tell you that this even happens to experienced GSD peopel.
Your question as to why the SV is not taking action is simpel :
If a buyer is fooled, the SV is not the one that fooled the buyer - the one doing it is the seller ! Therefor the standpoint of the SV is, this is a PRIVATE matter between 2 partys.
I actually can follow that argument, but it also raises some questions -
1. Should that be a private matter - afterall , in most cases the seller is part/member of the SV, breeds under the SV and many times, advertises with the membership of the SV.
2. Should it be private - it sure shed's a bad light onto the SV.

There probably could be raised more points, and yes, it sure is a lot of research that Jan has done. Many of what he unfolded would still not be known by the mayority of the peopel, if it would not be for Jan's work.

Money is the biggest reason, and the apologist who minimize the actions, thus indirectly condoning them are a close second!!!(And Ulli that isn't directed at you as you KNOW I have big time respect for your courage in speaking out), but for others that WANT to be respected and are so saturated in the system that they can't speak out even when the facts are there.....they help keep the "fraud" in place!

Ulli, you are so right but then why is it that I heard that Jan was banned from this board? If that is the case it is very sad that one of the few people who is telling the truth is silenced. And the mess goes on............ and we are all the losers.

Jan was not banned to silence him. Jan was banned for posting our threads on his blog, which is against our rules. I sure would love to see any proof that Jan was banned to silence him. More untruths being spread as facts and frankly listening to a disgruntled ex-member spew about the reason they are banned is pretty onesided at best.
It is also illegal in the EU to not take down material that has been asked of you to take down. I could go to his blog company and demand that our threads be taken down and Jan would probably get a nice letter from them asking him to take them down. Possibly soon, copying material off one site and posting it on another will be illegal and ISPs will shut people down for breaking those rules.
The only way for Jan to ever come back is to delete our threads and PMs off of his site. Had he never posted our threads and PMs he would still be a member today.
Rules are rules and Jan expects everyone to play by rules(SV), well we expect our members to follow our rules.

But dont loose your faith, if there is something that is of a demension that it appears that it is needed to post it here, there will be ways to do so, without the evil Jan involved.

hope you are ok - it is so true what you wrote ! Nearby everyone who I talk to condems what goes on - but yet they dont want to critize in puplic, because they are on their way for the next show !
