Can you guys give me some opinions on these hips please.

Well, we can see most of the dog, but not the knees. LOL. Odd for hip xrays.

Right side of the screen looks badly subluxated, but it's so small it's hard to say much more. How about posting an xray or blow-up of just the hips/knees that's big enough to really see?

Judy,
Have the x-ray redone....
the knees must show for OFA to grade it.

Was this x-ray done to examine hips? Or to diagnose another problem? Just wondering, the positioning is incorrect for a hip evaluation, & the abdomen of this animal is somewhat interesting....is that a hematoma? Just asking.....? jackie harris

What? What looks good? I can't see a darn thing and I'm not all that old...what I do see doesn't look that good.

From what I can see (contrast is not very good) It looks like the left is good and the right is not. From that photo it looks like the right does not have much of a socket so the ball looks like it's out pretty far.
Yes, do get another one with the knees or OFA will send it back.

I don't think another xray is going to make any difference, but it may be worth a try. As everyone else has said, the knees must be on the xray and the contrast needs to be better. Best guess moderate HD, right side.

Yes,the X-rays are not good for certifying the hips, but heads ar rounded and tight for what I can see,it's not totally clear, but I like to see the glass half full, than half empty :-)

Here, I tried to zoom it in and change the photo to a negative so the solid bone stands out.... they look positioned right
even though the knees aren't showing, looks to me like the left hip is a bit out of the socket...
