DM clinical trial in Southest Florida

Some drugs are presently being developed and tested for ALS. THey will be testing one of the drugs on DM dogs, because ALS is so closely related to DM. There is a clinical trial that will start soon and my vet, Dr. Loeser of Davie, Florida, is going to work with the research lab on this trial. I have been told the drug is very safe, but it's efficacy is to determined. I have yet to get more details, but if you are interested in having your dog participate in this trial and you live in southeast Florida, please feel free to PM me. Please feel free to pass this information on to other forums or clubs.

Thank you Mindhunt and Blitzen. Naturally, Shelby will be participating in this trial. There are stil some details that need to be worked out, but it is definitely giving me some hope. Shelby had acupuncture and laser therapy yesterday, so yesterday evening and today Shelby as been feeling good. It's wonderful to see. I'll keep you updated on this trial. Thank you so much for your ongoing encouragement and support. It means so much to me.
