Vomit?

Have you wormed them properly?  They should have been eating for 3 weeks now.   Have you talked to your vet?

Please give more details.

I do not think they vomit because they are full.   Everyone feeds different food and will recommend different foods.   I personally don't like Nutro but trust me they should not be vomitting.  I would highly recommend you talk to your vet and maybe have one of them checked out.  If they have not been wormed they most likely have worms which can make them vomit.  They could also have coccidia or giardia.  My recommendation is talking to your vet or another breeder about proper puppy care.  Good luck to you.

gerardo,
you may be feeding too much, too wet.
Plus mom may still want to nurse if she hasn't fully dried up yet.
Give them all they want for two feedings a day, when they stop eating remove the food, moist but not soaking wet, have plenty of fresh water available at all times.
If there is food left over adjust the amount, if it's all gone add a little.
This too will increase as they grow.
This shouldn't take but a few minutes per feeding.
What people feed varies, raw, kibble, canned, some brands look good but aren't.
Any changes in feed should be gradual over a couple of days.
It takes a couple of days to judge their reaction to a new food.
If you want to add to the food use natural ingredients, not pills or supplements.
At this age worm them and get their puppy shots started.
Let a vet give them a good looking over.

Moons.

Personally I start worming my puppies at 2, 4, 6 wks and start them off on Royal Canin Babydog, for GSD's.  It soaks up into a nice gruel real easy, and the puppies love it, and will start to lap it out of a shallow dish at 4 wks old.

Be weary of Nutro Max.  I do know of many dogs who have gotten sick and vommited many, many times when on that food.  And you're feeding puppies that...  I'm having a litter, due January 4th.  My puppies will start eating Taste of the Wild (It's grain free, and has no by products or corn), most likely either Lamb, or Salmon when they start to eat regular food......at about 4 and 1/2 weeks.  You may consider that food.  If the puppies are vomiting you may want to see a vet as well.  I only remember one puppy from my litters vomiting in the past......He was a freaking pig though, and ate until he threw up.   He went to a great home in Florida where he's grown up and doing very well.  You also need to deworm your pups, I do 2, 3, 4, and 6 weeks.

Like a couple people who have mentioned I also worm at 2,4 and 6 weeks old. They get the final worm dosage at 8 weeks old.

I have raised pups on Solid Gold Wolfcub and they have done very well. Great coats, good stools and they do not vomit on the food.  I really like the Solid Gold puppy formulas.
As GSDGUY08 mentioned Taste of the Wild is also another really good food. They now have a couple puppy formulas. I just happened to see them when I was looking on TOTW website the other day. I am not sure where you live and what foods are available to you.

They should not be vomiting, and it's probably not because they're too full. Definately worm them, and make sure that there is no loose stool as well. There are many things that a pup can pick up that can make them sick and deteriorate rapidly.

As for food, like everyone says, different people recommend different things. GSDs are notorious for having a sensitive digestive system. I had mine on Royal Canin German Shepherd formula for pups. She did really well on it. After a while, though, she didn't seem to be growing like she should, and my vet recommended Blue Wilderness Wolf Cub formula, and she did great on that.
