Congrats Mr. Diaz! Let us remember to thank George and his team in Germany who first prepared Tuareg in Germany and gave him his foundation!!!

Sir, forgive me, but as far as I know, Hans-Peter Rieker and Christina Schmidt were the ones who picked, raised and trained Tuareg...If you need a thank you, because some where along the way you trained Tuareg, again my apologies, and I thank you..not only Tuareg is a great Champ, but he is unbelivable at home.

Meaning what? Anyone can buy a German dog that was doing well in shows there and get a VA in the US?

Tuareg was raised and trained by his breeder Hans Peter Rieker and his accomplished trainer Christina Schmidt, whom is absolutely great! The Bad Boll team is very accomplished and professional and has many years of success. The dog had success at the German sieger show and obtained a VA at the Italy sieger show. After this he spent a few months at a kennel in East Germany near Berlin, for breedings, (not for training as he was already very well trained and accomplished in sieger shows) that this George says he owns and runs even tough he is located in Greece, who knows....NOT IMPORTANT.
Mr. Diaz had the insight to obtain the dog directly from Hans Peter Rieker, whom he has had a friendship and business partnership for many years and owns others from this successful kennel.
I had the pleasure to help polish and prepare Tuareg for the WDA Sieger Show and it was wonderful as the dog is a pleasure to be around, live with, work with and hang out with. His protection routine was great and made me take a very deep breath when I had to give him a second out command on the long bite because he was having fun keeping the sleeve active. He did his job in the ring as he had been very well trained to do from birth by the Bad-Boll team.
The VA 1 title was a honor to obtain but was not the reason for showing the dog...he is a dog worthy of breeding, a proven producer and deserved the chance to exhibit himself in the country he now lives in. Are we all proud, you bet - of the dog, he is a contribution to his breed for sure.
The judge did an excellent job and all dogs in the ring were given the chance to show themselves.
Despite any previous placements a dog may have it is NEVER easy to go in the ring and meet a certain expectation, it is always work and dedication.....I personally get even more nervous to exhibit a dog that has previously accomplished so much,,,,,if there is a major screw up then for sure it is your personal fault as the dog has been already shown what he is capable of.
There were lots of great dogs and people at the WDA sieger show, they should all be given credit for being there, presenting their dogs, enjoying the best breed in the world and its people regardless of what placement they were given on a single day. If you have done this long enough you know that anything can happen on any days, the dogs are not robots and we are human. We all do our best and hopefully have fun with it.
Congratulations to all that participated, it was a honor to be there and present this dog so that other may see. I had the pleasure years ago of showing his grandfather Rapi Supra, great fun to work with this generation of that pedigree.
