i read the comments on this pups ped......the poster refers to yanking and backflipping a pup ???? doesn't sound like effective training to me,,i don't know who posted this, maybe they have had success with this method(yank/crank)but it's not the method i'd be useing.....there's nothing wrong with the pedigree,i've had limited experience with dogs of the same background(GERO,TOM,...ECT.)except for a bit of the ped that can't be followed,i'd say it's more than adequate for a "working prospect",no better or worse that any other "working combination".if your pup isn't responding to "major corrections",he may not be "the one",to get you to your destination.....but i'll hope it's just the opposit, that cooler heads will prevail and "mr. tuff guy" will go on to a great career....good luck in your training.

Don't worry the "yanking and backflipping" is an exaggeration of what level correction it would take to go against his hard headedness. Compulsion training, clicker marking and capping is the only techniques used with this pup. I had talked to the breeder about him and he said he sounds a lot like his grandfather (TOO big of an ego)
