Registering a RSV2000 puppy in Canada or elsewhere

The CKC advises me that they only recognize the German SV registrations as qualifying for CKC registration. They exclude dogs with RSV2000 registration.

Since I do not read the German language I cannot get information off the RSV2000 website.

Does anyone on this forum know if RSV2000 puppies are also registered with the SV or how to go about getting them registered with either the CKC or AKC or another NA registry?

As a working/sport dog person I would like to encourage the philosophy of the RSV2000 by possibly purchasing a future puppy from one of their breeders but the impossibility of not been able to register the puppy in my country is an obstacle to such a purchase.

Does the RSV2000 have representatives in North America?

I wish to thank in advance any person who can help clarify this for me.
