Just returned from the N E Regionals and wanted to let you all know what a great show it was. I was very busy working with our youth handlers showing our girls (especially one of our girls that was very naughty) but will try to relay the results as best I could keep track. The Merrimack Valley Club put together a great venue and even with the cloudy/wet weather I think it fair to say that everyone had a great time. Winner of the Male Working Class: Pulko vom Huhnegrab bred by Heinz Scheerer and imported for Haus Hutfeld this male really looked great. V2 went to New aus Agrigento bred by Leonard Schweikert and imported for Ms Evans of CT and V3 went to Saro aus Agrigento (VA from the Danbury USCA Sieger Show) bred by Leonhard Schweikert and imported by Molly Kuehn owned by Angelo Rizzo. The Working female class finished as V1 Hailey von Grafenstein bred by Patti Schmersal von Lebenshunger Shepherds owned by von Grafenstein Shepherds. V2 late entry not sure who V3 Viernheimi Esi bred by Szigeti Laszlo and owned by Pruddens of CT. I am sure the full results will be posted soon. Thank you Merrimack Valley Club members for all your hard work!!!

The V2 Working Female was Harvest Dei Precision bred by Philip Eram and owned by Michael Carroll. We were very excited to have three pups from our male Gildo vom Schloß Runding do so well and receive such good critiques as well as a very nice male from our Kia and Pedro breeding. Again, Kudos to the Merrimack Valley Club and all your work! Looking forward to seeing you all again next year!!!

I haven't seen one yet but they had a breed survey today so they are probably still busy. Was there a paticular dog / age group you were wondering about?

I was just curious on who was entered. The show was moved at the last minute and was too far for me too drive comfortably. But thank you for your information.

Dawnmarie, you failed to include the breeder of V1 Hailey von Grafenstein Patti Schmersal. Gini v. Merlin was a beautiful female and of course we all know that Ingo was cut short of his show career by a tragic accident. But the breeding says it all...I hope that Patti gets a "thank you" and gets to enjoy a part of this success (and to John for handling Patti's girl to V1). It truly was an awesome day and not just for Julia but for the breeder of Aidan (Drake). Her first litter and what a nice male. His two sisters did well also. And they are progeny of my male Gildo. I too am so excited(of course you know that any future progeny will "cost" more and only go to approved homes ha ha). A special thanks to Pat, Molly, Melissa, Stephen, Dawn, Joe, Deb, the girls, my husband (who was showed NO MERCY for his mistake)and especially MMV for hosting such a great event. We also have some wonderful shots we can't wait to share.....

Just a quick question, has anyone ever seen a young VA dog placed behind two older V rated dogs before?

I own Gini's littermate Gesha and my sister in law has Gini and Gesha's mother Diva. I also have a Diva daughter. Those Merlin girls are wonderful!
