Thank you all who responded to my "cry for help". Day nine with my new GS pup and things are getting better. She is on antibiotics for a UT infection and on a rice/food mix.
She was bitting my hands until they bled and I refused to take the advice from so many friends who tell me to spank with a newspaper. I called my vet who suggested I "take her to the mat" by simply saying No strongely and holding her down until she is calm similar to what her mother would do. After only two tries it seems to have worked for now, thank goddness.
I am not good on a computer and will learn to post pics from my technical husband this weekend.

Good luck to you and if you put the time and work like you did with the "take her to the mat" you can get results. Just takes time and patience. Good job on your progress so far keep it up. Spending time and bonding with her will help you to determine what works for her.
