To those who do not know me I am not 1000 meters close to a real exper, but I can say one of my pup ears stood correctly only at the age of six months, it is perfect now and very strong and beautifully erect all the time. My other female dog, her ears stood perfectly at 3 months. The puppy ears are bigger and more beautiful.

From experience, I would have to say......after the adult teeth have come in.
The puppies ears should be erect by the 6th month......some take a little longer.
