Is he related to your puppy?

Nice puppy you posted,

the puppy I posted is V-Zorro Dlhá Roven SVV1 x VA2 Hanny Hartis Bohemia IPO3

http://www.eurosportk9.com/CurrentLitters.asp#

I didn't see the sire on the data base.....

He belongs to a friend of mine who brought the sire as a pup from Germany. I think he only bred him once by mistake and got one or two puppies only.

Zorro Dlha Roven is now on the database........

JMO - I do my best to make sure that any puppy or dog that I buy is from parents that have certified hips. Hip Dysplacia is such a problem, I purchase only puppies who's parents have passing hips. Since German Shepherds are supposed to be working dog, I feel strongly that any breeding stock should have certified hips, elbows and also be titled. I try to do my best to support people who are doing their best to improve the breed. These puppies usually cost more because of the expense of getting the hips and elbows certified, training and titling.. To me its worth while.

I strongly believe you are correct.

When are you planning to get another puppy?
Have you found a place that has certified, titled stock?
Is there a Schutzhund or other type of club you can go to for training and help?
Are you going to let your daughter pick this one out again, she seemed to have done a great job on the last one.

If you haven't picked your puppy yet, Happy shopping!
If you have, enjoy, they're young for such a short time.

I am looking for a working line female puppy from Slovakia or Czech but the prices are incredible and when you add up transport by air becomes difficult to afford.
I like Eurosport, many advised to buy from them but they are asking for USD 1250 for 8 weeks pup.
I have a friend at local police K9 who will help in training as much as he can, here they get the dogs already trained and only do maintenance.
No clubs yet in Jordan, did not pick the puppy yet, I feel bad.

Don't feel bad. Shopping can be one of the most exciting times.

1250 is a decent price, many have paid as much or even more for "the right" puppy. Puppies from kennels that are active are a bit more expensive.....it costs a bunch to certify and title their dogs...you cannot ask them to loose money on puppies, that wouldn't be fair.

Keep looking, research the blood lines, see which parents produce what you consider the best puppies......check old show records - you can sometimes goggle dog's names and come up with all kinds of interesting information. It can be time consuming, but its well worth it.

The more you learn, the more you will know when you find that perfect puppy.

Have fun and keep you chin up, that puppy will find its way to you when the time's just right.
