For the record The GSD Breed Council & all the GSD Clubs are already taking part in a scheme to stop this happening.

Hi Jim & Jaquenatta
Firstly I have accessed Jaquenatta web site and it is the best site to date with information regarding GSD shows and I have and do use it myself. WELL DONE!!
Regarding contacting clubs I did ring a few club sec's and was asked to email my request.
further I did email several clubs which I will not name, and was informed that all the information was on their own web sites and felt they did not need another site advertising there show details.
I know of other site that have breed championship and breed open show, but my wish was to have ALL shows with GSD classes, but mainly information about open show that sometimes clash when we have two open shows in the same area.
This would also include local all breed open shows.
I hope Jaquenatta is able to look at this and maybe add all breed open shows to their web site.
ONCE AGAIN WELL DONE TO JAQUENATTA FOR THEIR EFFORTS AND AFTER TRYING TO GET SHOW DETAILS FROM CLUBS I KNOW HOW HARD THEY WORK GETTING INFORMATION.

The web page for shows on the jaquenetta web site, which is similar to the web page for shows on the Lararth web site, has very limited effect in stopping the CLASHING of dates, and it is CERTAINLY NOT effective in eliminating the months WITHOUT any Breed club Championship Shows. Any benefits in this area are purely coincidental, as these web pages are primarily for advertising Shows.

I must just put the record straight, in my earlier post i was in no way casting aspersions on the ( what i consider ) fabulous Jaquenetta website, which to me is a constant source of reference for many GSD queries i may have: no, my comments were made in exaspiration toward lethargic committee's.
