Hello Prince of Wales, I dont have correct idea but one really has to be Prince of Wales to buy VA dog. I think it is more than 3,00,000/- euro.

Hallo Prince, I dont think too many people are interested in selling VA dogs, but you may find one who knows. You may be able to buy some puppies from some VA males and females when they are available. I am sure that a Prince like yourself you can afford them.

Depending on which country the dog got a VA they start at around $15,000 Euros for a dog that got a VA in U.S.A or country other than Germany. This is not a VA 1 dog but maybe a VA 6-10 dog

I have known about the sale of several German VA dogs into North America. The sale figures I have heard are in the six figure US range. Ie, $100,000.00 USD plus, plus, plus.

Actually, for a German VA dog, $100K USD won't even sit you at the table.

VA-rated male on the bundesieger, start at around 400 000 euros, for a stud is it 1500 euros.

German VA dogs are rarely sold. Many just retire with the breeder or owner and remain a show piece for their accomplishments as they go on into retirement age. Others become available at the end of their breeding carear while they are still young enough to produce for another year or two. I have sold two German VA and had three others for sale. Price depends on a few considerations. All the owners I have delt with were very concerned where the dog would go, what breeding program they would be in, would they continue to be shown, and would they remain there after retirement. Some included offspring from future litters as a consideration. The better the situation, the lower the price. If there are no takers then there is a temptation to go to other markets where the price will be high enough that only the wealthiest can afford them. I really can't speculate what motivates owners with other markets, I can only say the ones I represented were reluctant to try those markets first for whatever reason. Most of these dogs don't owe their breeders/owners much by the time they are VA. So the price fluxuates.
