Try Alaska Arilines, they have flights into Boston but I'm not sure if that flight is from Vanouver. I do know Seattle-Bosto is non-stop.

Air Canada doesn't have direct flights where no change is required in Toronto or Montreal, but there is one flight from Vancouver and I believe its Air Canada where the plane just touches down in Montreal for 1/2 hour and then goes on to Moncton. The dog would then not have a change of plane.

Alaska Air cannot ship live cargo out of Canada. Only Seattle, an extra 6 hour drive from Vancouver. Air Canada does service the major destinations on the East Coast, usually with an overnight stay, or a red eye flight. Check your eMail I just sent you a link to an animal shipping company that is located right at the Vancouver Airport. They should be able to help you.
