Recenty i bought female puppy of 11 wks old, She's extrmely active, playfull and on puppy feed  (Pro Pac) she took feed for 4 days, now from last 3 days she's not taking anything but i am feeding her forcefully even i changed her feed like boiled chicken with rice, last night i attempted boiled beef with rice. Could it possible that is not taking because of extremelly hot climate here in my city, because few friend told me that she might having heat stroke, but how could it be cos she's extremely active running around in my lawn digging every where.
Please help me what to do.

Take her to the vet asap. Is she drinking water? If not she is going to get dehydrated and go down hill fast.

1) She is sensing this weak mother Hen nature of yours and taking advantage of you

2) DO NOT feed her with hands. If she eats she gets food after 10 minutes remove the food if she does not eat.

3) She is telling you that she is OK by playing and drinking plenty of water but you are not able to read the signs your dog is telling you

Good Luck

PS:  No need to take to the Vet

cheers

If your puppy stops playing, or stops drinking water, then DO take her to the vet. If she goes with out food for more than a few days DO take her to the vet. Puppies have very little reserves, & will decline quickly; better to be safe than sorry. If your puppy begins to throw up or starts having liquid stools...to the vets IMMEDIATELY! Puppies can die within a few hours if they dehydrate in very hot conditions. Good luck! jackie harris (boiled chicken & rice is very good for them!)

also keep in mind that sudden change of food and environment may have its own effect on the dog. Since you have a small pup make food change very very gradual. Do not suddenly change the food. changes very very gradual. Also ask the breeder from wherever you took the pup what they were feeding   the pup at their kennel? We all want our puppies to emerge into big beautiful full grown dogs overnight and think that by feeding the best food in the world we can do magic overnight. Let the pup be a pup and have patience and care for him/her.

She's active , drinking water, but not eating what your feeding.
Maybe she doesn't like what your feeding, or maybe your trying too hard.
Feed in the evening when it cools down, feed once a day.
What else did this breeder/vet say?
