Currently the majority of dogs within the UK do NOT have any of the Working qualifications listed, so the ADULT OPEN CLASS is intended primarily for them. as well as the WORKING CLASS for fully qualified dogs.
The problem is that the use of the word "with" can clearly be interpreted as to exclude dogs that have NO working qualifications as listed.

THE SCHEDULE HAS NOW BEEN AMENDED - IN LINE WITH MY SUGGESTION, AS FOLLOWS
Adult Open Class Requirements
24mths +
A copy of official EKC/ IKC/SV/WUSV/FCI pedigree
UK Breed Survey
Any Dog with or without Sch H1-2-3/VPG1-2-3/IPO1-2-3 but NO SV Körung can enter the Adult Open Class
provided they meet the above criteria however; their working qualifications will NOT be taken into account
