Congratulations to the British Sieger Team on getting the Schedule out in good time.  Very much appreciated by those preparing their dogs for this, the Premier British GSD Event.

David, Thank You for promoting the British Siger 2009, but the full detials are on www.gsdleague.co.uk   as I posted earlier for the League web site, please can you tell me what we have missed for you to have posted aswell?

THE CLASSES FOR THE BRITISH SIEGER 2009:

Class 1 - Minor Puppy Male Class – Six to nine months of age (6-9)

Class 2 - Minor Puppy Female Class – Six to nine months of age (6-9)

Class 3 - Puppy Males Class – Nine to twelve months of age (9-12)

Class 4 - Puppy Female Class - Nine to twelve months of age (9-12)

Class 5 - Youth Male Class – Twelve to eighteen months of age (12-18)

Class 6 - Youth Female Class – Twelve to eighteen months of age (12-18)

Class 7 - Young Male Class – Eighteen to twenty four months of age (18-24)
Class 8 - Young Female Class – Eighteen to twenty four months of age (18-24)
Class 9 - Adult Female Class – For all dogs of two years of age and older (2 & over)
Class 10 - Adult Male Class – For all dogs of two years of age and older (2 & over)
Class 11 - Working Female Class – For all dogs two years of age and older who fulfil criteria
Class 12 - Working Male Class – For all dogs two years of age and older who fulfil criteria

Working Class Requirements

a) 24mths +

b) A Copy of all paperwork, official EKC/IKC/SV/WUSV/FCI pedigree,
    SV Körung, to be sent in with entry form 
(entry will not be accepted without these documents)

c) All dogs must have a minimum of Sch H1/VPG1/IPO1

d) All dogs will be subject to off lead gaiting (no more than one lap of the ring)

e) Perform the courage test (further details see page 4)
f) If a dog fails the Test of Courage they will be unable to compete in ANY adult class
g) For a dog to achieve the grade of VA they must comply with all the above requirements
h) Dogs who have a Körung are only eligible to enter the working class

Adult Open Class Requirements

24mths +

A copy of official EKC/ IKC/SV/WUSV/FCI pedigree

UK Breed Survey

Any Dog with Sch H1-2-3/VPG1-2-3/IPO1-2-3 but NO SV Körung can enter the Adult Open Class, provided they meet the above criteria however; their working qualifications will NOT be taken into account

Note from David Payne: "with" - I have raised a query about this wording.

Having received several enquiries about my "query" above, It is that perhaps it should read "with or without" instead of just "with".
