Has anyone had a problem with an error message talking about violating some sort of unique number when they submit a photo? If so, what can I do to fix it?

Hi all,
i have got the same problem, but only with ONE dog I submitted - I tried it 7 times :o( - ...the other pictures were installed or updated.

I had the same problem also.
I submitted a picture a few weeks ago that showed as a box with a red X in it. Apparently Oli or whoever cleaned up all the red X boxes. By doing so they left a bug behind that gives that error message when trying to upload a picture.
I re-registered the dog from scratch and it then allowed me to upload a picture.
