Makosh, Showing a dog at the world championship is quite an expierience. It adds more meaning when one of yours in out there. It would take a few pages to write a set of instructions on what to do and how to do it. Your dog should arrive in Germany at the beginning of june to allow time to adjust, and retain what ever coat it has before the summer heat hits here. There are many ways to participate. I'll outline the two extremes. I'll call one retail, one wholesale. Retail; Buy an expensive dog. Pay to have it trained prepared, titled, shown at local and LG shows, taken to the sieger show and shown there. I can attest this is very expensive as the majority of the people that you can find to do this for you are motivated by money. Wholesale; Spend some time and find a dog that's being shown to support his father in the progeny group. Groups are built with more dogs that can be retained throughout the following year. This dog will have better than average training, be a better than average dog and is going to the show and will be shown with or without you.You can meet your dog, sit in the stands and watch someone motivated to show a good dog show your dog.

spaetzle, Thanks for your kind words. I touched briefly on the subject. There are many many twists and turns involved. It's a complicated process for a few minutes in the ring. I'm afraid I won't be able to sell you a dog, but I would be happy to talk co ownership. I find when I sell a good dog, I have to compete against it. When I co own, I'm able to share the fun, have access to a good dog for breeding, and am able to fulfill the commitments I usually have to make to the breeder to get a good dog.
