Can someone explain to me the elbow ratings used in Germany? For example, what is a 'fast normal' elbow...what makes it 'almost normal?' I notice several top dogs have this rating, but I was under the impression that elbow issues have a high heritability factor, higher that hip problems... I would sure like to learn more about this and the German grading system, as I know a 'fast normal' elbow under the German system would not pass an OFA certification. Maybe it's on the SV website and I have just not found it..
